Deleting your Yine Gel account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Yine Gel app, published by Cevdet Aslan, together with the personal data linked to it.

Deleting in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Yine Gel app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Profil (Profile) tab in the bottom menu. If you are in staff or business mode, switch to Müşteri (Customer) mode first.
3. Tap Hesabı sil (Delete account) and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Deleting without the app

If the app is not installed on your phone, send an email from the address registered to your account to info@yinegel.org with the subject “Account deletion request”. After verifying your identity through the registered address, we delete your account within 30 days at the latest and let you know in writing.

What is deleted?

• Your first name, last name and email address
• Your Sign in with Apple or Google link
• Your notification keys (you will no longer receive notifications)

What is kept?

• The stamps you received and the rewards you used stay in the shop's statistics, anonymized so that no link to you remains. You cannot be reached from these records.
• Invoice and payment records of a business account are kept for the periods required by Turkey's Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Commercial Code.

Business owners

If you own a business, cancel automatic renewal on the dashboard's Abonelik (Subscription) page before deleting your account. If you want all of your business's data (locations, cards, customer records) deleted, write to info@yinegel.org.
