Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: the business that signs up for Yine Gel on yinegel.org and starts a subscription; the person or organization named in its signup and billing details.

2. Subject of the agreement

A monthly subscription to the Yine Gel software service, which lets businesses run a digital stamp card program, and the NFC stamper kit sent free of charge with that subscription. The scope of the service is described on the features and pricing pages.

3. Fee and payment

  • The subscription fee is ₺599 per business per month (VAT included). Businesses with several locations receive a separate Enterprise offer.
  • If a promo code is used, the discounted total is shown on the payment page before the payment is confirmed.
  • New businesses start with a 30-day free trial; no card details are taken for the trial, and it does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.
  • Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of PayTR, a licensed payment institution. Card details never reach Yine Gel's servers; PayTR stores the card for renewals.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month with the same card. If a renewal charge fails, it is retried three more times over the following days; if it still fails, the subscription ends and a notification email is sent.

4. Performance and delivery

  • The software service is provided electronically and becomes available the moment payment is confirmed (during the trial, when signup is complete).
  • The stamper kit is shipped free of charge to the address given at signup. Shipping can be followed on the dashboard's Stampers page. The kit stays with the buyer even if the subscription is cancelled.

5. Right of withdrawal

The service is purchased for the buyer's commercial activity. Where the buyer counts as a consumer, under Article 15 of Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly in electronic form. In every case the buyer can cancel the subscription at any time; details are on the Cancellation and Refunds page.

6. Cancellation

Automatic renewal can be turned off with one click on the dashboard's Subscription page. After cancellation the stored card is not charged, and the service continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes; where the buyer counts as a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

8. Entry into force

Before completing the payment step, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement. See also: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
