Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms are between Cevdet Aslan ("Yine Gel", "we") and the business or person using the service ("you"). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. What is the service?

Yine Gel is a software service that lets businesses run a digital stamp card program. The business designs its card, the customer collects stamps with their phone, and when the card is full the customer receives the reward the business has set.

The reward itself is the business's promise, not ours. A coffee on the house is a matter between the business and its customer; we only keep the count and the record.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for actions taken on your account; write to us immediately if anything looks suspicious.
The business owner is responsible for stamp and reward actions taken with the accounts of staff they invite.
The moment you remove a staff member from the business, their ability to give stamps ends.

4. Trial and subscription

New businesses start with a 30-day free trial. We do not ask for a credit card for the trial.
The trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself; you choose whether to pay.
The subscription fee is published on the pricing page, includes VAT and is per business. Businesses with several locations receive a separate Enterprise offer.
You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the paid period. Details: Cancellation and Refunds, Distance Sales Agreement.

5. If your subscription ends

When your subscription ends, the summary, customer list and activity screens in the app close; you can restart your subscription from the web dashboard. Your customers keep receiving stamps and do not lose the rewards they have earned. We do not cancel a gift in a customer's pocket because a business's payment to us is late.

6. The stamper

The stamper sent at setup is free and stays with you even if you cancel your subscription.
You must disable a lost or stolen stamper in the dashboard immediately.
We are not responsible for stamps given with a stamper before it was disabled.

7. Unacceptable use

Trying to enter stamps that did not happen, imitating or reusing stamp codes, or trying to get around the location check.
Trying to access another business's data.
Using the service for an unlawful purpose.
Placing automated, excessive load on the service.

If these are breached, we may suspend or close the account.

8. Interruptions and changes

We try to run the service without interruption but do not promise 100% availability. Maintenance, provider outages or unavoidable causes may interrupt it. We may change or remove features; for a material change we give notice in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages; in any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes.
