Stamping: a tap of the stamper
The customer holds out their phone and you touch the stamper on the counter to it. If the Yine Gel app is installed, it opens by itself — the customer does not have to open anything or try to scan something. The stamper has no battery, no plug and no pairing: the NFC tag inside works with the phone's own reader. One tap can give several stamps, too: the customer picks the number on their own screen, and you set the upper limit.
Location check
Every stamp lands only after the phone is confirmed to really be at the shop. Photographing the stamper and collecting stamps from home is not a thing.
No stamp counts twice
Every tap carries a one-time code generated on the customer's phone at that moment. Sending the same code a second time is refused at the database level.
When the stamper is out of reach
The box holds a second, pre-registered spare stamper — keep it under the till; it works exactly like the main one. Tell us about a lost or broken stamper and we will send a new one.
Card design
The number of stamps, the reward text, the colour and the stamp icon are yours. Changes apply immediately — but a gift already earned keeps the reward it was earned with.
Reward ledger
When a card fills up, the gift is stored on the customer's phone and waits there. The moment it was earned and the moment it was handed over are recorded separately.
Staff
You invite a barista by name, without dealing with email addresses. Stamps and gifts are both taken by the customer's own phone touching the stamper, so there is nothing for staff to do in the dashboard. Remove someone and their access ends at that moment.
Statistics
New customers, the weekly and monthly stamp curve, which hours of the day are busy, how many cards are close to filling up. The things you cannot see from behind the till.
Announcements
Write an announcement in the dashboard and send it — you see who it went to and how many people it reached.
What is in the box?
- A counter stamper — in the colour you choose, free, and yours even if you cancel.
- A registered spare stamper — for when the main one is out of reach.
- The dashboard — card design, locations, staff, statistics.
Not yet
We are building these, but they are not here today — we say so on purpose, so you do not go looking for them after setup:
- A map showing nearby shops.
- Announcements landing on the customer's lock screen. Sending from the dashboard and the record of who it went to work today; lock-screen notifications arrive with the in-app inbox.
- Consecutive-visit streaks and streak rewards.
